Nothing here on that.

As of October 2026
At the moment, mostly rotary tables and the long beds of gantry machines and lathes.
The photos and videos on this page were taken during the work, on the customer’s shop floor or at the workbench. I don’t label which shot comes from which company.

Beds of large gantry machines, on the customer’s shop floor. For this I use the crane to lift out the guides and the parts that carry a rack.
A green lathe bed on the shop floor. The measuring bridge with the NIVELTRONIC travels the full length of the ways.
A long blue bed, taken out of the machine and laid on stands. I measure the alignment of the way with the alignment tester and the NIVELTRONIC.
Ways as I find them, the worn areas circled in green. Next to them, the way by the ball screw after scraping, spotted.
Saddles with way liners and oil grooves, plus tables and plates, spotted and scraped on the workbench.
Scrape patterns up close: machine ways and tables, plus large castings. Some were taken on the machine, others on parts already out of it.
I measure before and after scraping. The readings are written straight onto the part in marker.
Videos
As in these three videos, filmed on the machine after spotting. All three play without sound.
Machines
Grinders and milling machines, boring mills and lathes. Most recently I had the makes below under the scraper. The list is not complete.
